Delivery
We are aware of the fact that everyone wants to receive the goods as quickly and easily as possible. Therefore, after each order we work as hard as we can so that the goods arrive safely and quickly at the indicated address. The deadline for the order is from 1 to 3 working days (this is the time needed to prepare the shipment and send it). Usually, however, the goods are shipped within 24 hours from the moment the payment is posted. The delivery date depends on the choice of the form of delivery.
The cost of courier delivery is 15.00 PLN in case of advance payment.
For purchases over 499 zł - free delivery.
Where is the package?
The easiest way to check and track the package is to track the number of the waybill, which is sent in the e-mail informing about sending the order.
You haven't received the package? Please contact the courier company as your order may already be on its way. If your order has not been delivered on time, please contact us. We will help you to clarify this situation.
When collecting the package, we recommend that you check whether the goods have been damaged during transport.
Delivery courier is obliged to wait the time necessary to check the contents of the package. If something is doubtful you should write a PROTOCOL OF DAMAGES - the form significantly facilitates later, possible complaints in the presence of the courier. If the package has been damaged by the transporter - also please contact us, we will help you.
